- Sometimes hard to repro ajax or .ready() stuff there

- .width() needs to know box-sizing now
- Requires gCS which is 100x slow, esp in Chrome
- Most people really want .css(“width”)
- For now, advise that they use it ^^
- mikesherov to look at options for speeding up .width()
